The first pocket I made for Nell. I kept looking at my favourite BBSS and wondered if I could try to make one.
Medium side-snap pocket in hot pink minkee (hidden PUL) with cream microfleece inner. Jan 09 (I think!).
Annoyingly, I managed to get the 'wrong' side of the fleece facing out - but hey ho, you learn from your mistakes.
Went to town with the photos on this one to remind myself how to do another in the future.




I think I made this next one around March 2009.
Hot pink dot minkee again, but went for a different style; one-sized with applix.
Not so keen on the fit of this one - I think I prefer sized side-snap ones but it has lasted well and still easily fits Nell nearly a year after making it so can't be that bad.





Medium side-snap in chocolate minkee (PUL inside) with tan suedecloth inner.
Oooh I love this one - it's really slim and a lovely fit . And it's one of the neatest sewn things I've completed (and that's a rare thing for me ).

I wouldn't worry about perfect stitching - I am seem plenty of wonky stitching on some of the top named mass produced ones lol!
