Todays lesson was brill. Did about 10 mins of sitting trot with no stirrups and boy can i feel that in my groin tonight!! Got a really good canter going on Alfie too and if he tried to break into trot i managed to get him back into canter easily. Was very happy at the end with my progress. Got one more lesson in a fortnights time before the riding holiday!!
Emma fell off her pony today near the end of the lesson. You could see it was going to happen but it was pretty graceful for a fall and she was unhurt and she did hop back on!!
