I had a massive lie in today to make up for the late nights and early morning when my SIL and co were here. I am so not looking after myself sleep-wise. I keep promising myself a nap during the day when I do end up getting up early after a bad night, but never make it. And I am so useless at going to bed. It's often gone 10:30pm when I actually make move, and it's usually gone 11:30pm when I get to switch the light off. It doesn't help that hubbie doesn't come to bed until...

Well, I am sooo pleased that my little guy is kicking and moving much of the time now. He is fabulous and I can't wait to meet him! The boobs are also getting even more warmed up- lots of night time leaking, which is weird in some ways but cool and oddly normal in others. I can't believe I'll be 6 months pregnant by the 24th Feb.

The nursery is coming on- we have put up the cot, and need to get a mattress for it, but the chest of drawers/changing table is neatly in place...

Dexter last night for the first time in about 6 months refused to go to sleep and when Daddy brought him down he curled up on my belly and fell fast asleep only stirring when the new baby kicked him

- I wonder if he knows, if there is some kind of third sense that we loose as an adult - if when he lays on my belly he knows that inside grows a second miracle, another new life that will grow...

I have just had great news!!! OH just called to tell me his Dr has just been in, he is responding really well to treatment, there is a 70% reduction in leukemia cells already and they are saying he has a 90% chance of going into remission by the end of this first round of chemo!!!
