I'm a cloth convert and now im a cloth addict :giggle:

Aimee was born on August 11th, 2 weeks late, and to begin with we used disposables, i had been curious about cloth nappies but always thought they were to fiddley, probably more messy etc etc

The snowdrops in my garden are shooting up into the world again, won't be very long until their flowers come with the promise of Spring approaching.
It's been a cold hard Winter here this year, lots of coal-tits and robins about though, they seem to love perching in the bare Hawthorn and springing up off into the air again.

Winter is a fabulous time to be snuggled up warm indoors of an evening with a ball of yarn and the clicketty of needles working it into something special. My current project...

I am so relieved to be home and cosy. I had a bad night last night and had to be up at 6:45am to get ready for work in Staffordshire. As it turned out there was a mix-up and the job was cancelled, so I was able to peel off the layers and layers of clothes I'd donned in preparation for a long cold morning/afternoon outside looking for signs of bats, birds etc. I got a lift back from my boss/colleague as dh had dropped me off before going to work. so 5 months on and we're still in cloth

im experimenting with night nappies at the moment, and fleece wraps

so i bought a few bedbugs and a few wnnn old style. i usually use tots bots bamboozes with a mothercare smart nappy trifold insert with a pul wrap which are fantastic btw but i fancied something new lol

first i stuck to the bamboozles and trifold but used a fleece wrap, she was in it from 8...
