This mornings lesson!

Went well today. We did some pole work and then all individually had to go from walk into trot then into canter and then back down through the transitions from canter/trot and then finally walk. We did this on both reins (both directions around the school) and mine went pretty well. I was very pleased and really enjoyed it today :widesmile:

My latest projects

Well it took me a bit, but have just realise that the CNT is back up and running. I did miss it but I did get more sewing and less computer over the last few weeks!!

Ella got her little dress which I was really happy with and fits her brilliantly (back view)

Hooray for good news

Today we got the news we had been hoping for; OH is in remission!!! He still has to have another couple of courses of chemo but it means there is an end in sight to all of this. It still means we have a while on our own :( but we can live with that if it means daddy will be home with us soon and well again. The best news for me at the minute is the fact we can carry on with our plans to TTC late next year (selfish...

Lesson on new horse!

Had my lesson last Sunday (forgot to update here earlier) and i was on Alfie, who is perhaps a tiny touch bigger than Roxy. Now Alfie was lovely, not quite as stroppy as Roxy (Roxy is typical mare!!) and he was nice. I got some better canters going too!! :wine: :wine: ...
