28 weeks with baby number 3

by 0_Lisa_0 on Sat Nov 17, 2018 9:26 pm
I had forgotten I had this little corner, I'm glad I found it though as today I just need a bit of space to let off steam.
Today I'm tired; physically and mentally and emotionally. It's days like this that I question my own sanity at adding to our family, whether we are doing the right thing, for everyone. How will the older 2 cope? Will I cope? Will J? Or have I just lost the plot and this is going to be a really stupid thing to do?
I don't regret this baby, he is not now and will never be a mistake...

And it goes on..... and on...... and on.........

by 0_Lisa_0 on Sat Aug 07, 2010 2:49 pm
I'm so bored of the constant getting better getting worse of OH's treatment, I swear they all have different copies of his notes. The worst part is it just all feels so much of the same, there is nothing to look forward to atm, no little thing to look forward to at the end of it all, except him coming home obviously but I mean a proper something to celebrate the end of it all. 2) Hibernation was removed from Ubuntu so you need to get it back into you shutdown menu again:
Open:
Code: Select all
sudo nano /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/com.ubuntu.enable-hibernate.pkla
...

6+5:eurgh

I went to bed last night with my determined head on. I was sure I could get up today and just ignore the morning sickness, apparently not.
Cue 1am and a police helicopter passing so low overhead it could have taken off the chimney and waking Austin up, well 2.20 and he's still awake and I could kill for some sleep. OH brings him down stairs and I get some more broken sleep until 4 when all goes quiet because A has fallen asleep on the sofa and I think I might get ome proper sleep. Then the stomach...

Ooo, first wash

by frankie_n_baby on Fri Jan 16, 2009 2:55 pm
So, I decided to wash my terries that arrived this morning. After reading the info that came with my little lambs, and searching on here, I put the terries on without detergent at 30 with two lines, since it seems that my washing machine only does the basic programmes, and after reading the manual, I am a little concerned that I won't be able to do the all-important cold prewash. Not sure what to do, but will probably just have to do a 30 -- without detergent. ...
