Lucys adventures in blw

Pear was a hit yesterday, it was lovely and ripe though. I just cut it into chip sized pieces and it kept her amused for ages before she ate nearly a full pear. She was having lots of fun pushing the pieces round her highchair tray and trying to pick up the squishy, slimy pieces to eat them.

Hospital bags

Ok, so I have six weeks to go, but I can't stand seeing all this stuff in piles all round the house, so I've started packing it up. And no, this does not confirm my husband's belief that I am a control freak!

Despite spending time browsing beautiful nappies ont'interweb and looking through classifieds here :coffee: , I do not own many pretty nappies. We have tuttos (which are pretty enough for us really), a few bumgenius, a lone dream-dri ... and terry squares. These are cheap and cheerful cotton ones from Boots. From early afternoon onwards, each time I change my lo I am almost guaranteed to put him...

Puffed out

Being nearly halfway through my weightloss journey, I thought it was time to up the exercise. In other words, to do some. :oops: I also wanted to be able to record some of my journey to a 'new' me; mentally and physically.

So, this evening I did the first session of the C25K programme with a set of podcasts from Robert Ullrey. Now I'm more than a bit knackered.
