Wasn't meant to be. :(

So had my scan this morning. I was right. The baby is gone. Such a blow at this stage. Heartbeat and movement found at 20 week scan so has died at some point in the last 2 or 3 weeks.

Got to think about undoing everything now. Untelling people. Packing up the baby clothes etc. The worst bit is having to deliver the baby. Seems so cruel to have to go through that and not have a baby at the end of it.

Hopefully they will find a reason for it but as I said in blog yesterday I knew it was not going...

Miss Kitty is 6mths today. There were many, many time that I thought we'd never see this day, and I am thrilled that she is so healthy. We are celebrating with new knitted lovliness - a dress for her, a fidget for me - and some blw. I didn't realise how MUCH mama cloth contains! Thanks to a post I read here I decided to rinse out my pads today. (normally I throw them in with the nappies for a rinse before the wash) And it takes a LONG time for the water to run clean!

And that makes the despicable mama pads even worse IMO than I thought before. Ugh. :x

Ooo, first wash

So, I decided to wash my terries that arrived this morning. After reading the info that came with my little lambs, and searching on here, I put the terries on without detergent at 30 with two lines, since it seems that my washing machine only does the basic programmes, and after reading the manual, I am a little concerned that I won't be able to do the all-important cold prewash. Not sure what to do, but will probably just have to do a 30 -- without detergent. ...
