Nappy making

Got Dyed bamboo fleece x 4
- red, yellow and orange
- rainbow red, orange, yellow, green, blue
- turquoise and orange
- red and blue
Got Dyed bamboo velour red, orange & yellow
Awaiting Bamboo terry
Got Fleece - Winnie the Pooh
Got White PUL, Blue patterned...

I Love PlaySilks!!

I was a bit skeptical when i first heard about them, and a few months ago i bought one and forgot all about it! Then I got it out and gave it to Molly, who had so much fun with it that I thought more were needed! She even asked for her "red blanket" this morning, and still hasn't let it out of her sight :giggle: They are great for using in role-play, and are suitable for children of all ages....

Starting Baby Led Weaning :-)

So at 22 weeks we've made the scary decision to introduce some solids :-? I've been feeling for a couple of weeks now that Kacie's interest in food has increased dramaticlly, but I got worried over the whole 6 month thing. She fits the criteria in everyway, but her age. I felt from the NHS literature I was given that it makes it sound dangerous to wean pre-6 months, with the risk of alergies and chest...

Wool - dyed and knittedinto longies

The first lot of Merino wool I bought online, together with some sachets of Kool-Aid.
LOADS of photos - again, to remind myself how I did it (my children stole my memory via my placenta :| )

1. A quick wash in soapy water to remove lanolin, then transferred into a bowl containing water with about a cup-full of white vinegar.
