A new start

I haven't touched this in ages but need a place to record the happenings of my sleep plan with DS2.
He has gone from being a reasonable sleeper to a totally unreasonable one. Last night (11/9/13) looked like this:

7:00 bedtime feed
8:20 feed
9:30 feed (daddy tried unsuccessfully to settle)
10:50 feed
1:10 feed
3:20 feed
4:46 feed
5:20 feed and up for the day

At least he goes right back to sleep after feeding but this is exhausting me!

So I cracked out the well worn copy of No Cry Sleep Solution...

Though I best come on for an update as I haven't in so long. Been away for our holiday which was fab :D I can't wait for next year already :giggle:

Just an update :D

Today I am 3dpo. Not much happening that apart from normal post Ov symptons.

Lower Backache (which I've had throughout Ov and it seems to be coninuing ) Although easing abit this morning
Sore BB's - Which started mainly yesterday (normally they don't start til 6/7 dpo?)
Cramping - Yesterday felt like AF was just round the corner (I've had random cramping in the past - I am just one of the unforunate ones that does not have a nice cycle - but then I suppose who does?!)...

He's baaaack!

OK so OH has been home for a whole week now so this isn't really news but I just wanted to write down a bit.
It has all been ok, much better than I expected actually, we have had a few minor niggles but nothing like what I thought it was going to be. He has been quite good at clearing up after himself and only had one day of being a miserable grump so it looks like he picked up his personality at the door :giggle: ...

oats, honey, oily fish, avocado, tomatoes, honey, berries, nuts, parsley,
Avoided foods
Salt, added sugar, white bread/pasta, processed foods, dairy(milk products)

MONDAY 28TH DECEMBER
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
homemade date and walnut cake
fishcakes with tonnes of veggies
water and no alchohol red wine, cup of cocoa

TUESDAY 29TH DECEMBER
beans on wholemeal toast
Pizza :twisted: ...
