The start of the Pram refurbishment

I have made a start on Aimie's dolly pram (a 1965 silver cross "super rose"

The pram when we first bought it, a gorgeous racing green coachbuilt dolls pram that I bought for £45! the tires need replacing and there is a big dent in the body that the previous owner painted over in the wrong colour so I will be sanding down the body and chassis to the original silver metal and re painting it in purple. the hood and apron need to be replaced because they are very faded and worn with holes ...

12+4: scan tomorrow

Well it appears my nausea is still lurking, not as bad as it was by any stretch but still there all the same and making dinner times a tad unpleasant. Still tired a lot, luckily I am getting a bit of time each afternoon to catch a cat nap otherwise I'm not sure how I would be getting through the day :oops:
Got our scan tomorrow morning ...

Honour Your Flow has arrived!

[size=85]I'm very excited, because our first order from Honour Your Flow has arrived! For those not in the know, Honour Your Flow is a range of reusable sanitary towels (AKA CSP on here I believe - cloth sanitary pads), they're made in the UK by another CNT member and are really good quality, I only wish I could sew like that, but there you go. My sewing machine is redundant and covered in mould after a leaking radiator incident. Ho hum.

Back to the sanitary pads - we've got Honour Your Flow...
