So I took my first "bump" picture today, more for comparing a time goes on than because I have an actual bump but it's something I wish I had done more of with Austin. It does interestingly show that my spine has given up and has a nice old curve to it already so I might need to make myself aware of that o I don't fall over all the time :giggle: .
Still feeling rough, in fact, after a few days...

Starting Baby Led Weaning :-)

So at 22 weeks we've made the scary decision to introduce some solids :-? I've been feeling for a couple of weeks now that Kacie's interest in food has increased dramaticlly, but I got worried over the whole 6 month thing. She fits the criteria in everyway, but her age. I felt from the NHS literature I was given that it makes it sound dangerous to wean pre-6 months, with the risk of alergies and chest...

Night nappies for older children.

Once apon a time my DD was dry at night but not any more. Maybe because she sleeps for longer, or maybe because she's a deep sleeper, but at 5 she still has accidents. Nothing unusual there, but I was a night time nappy to fit. I have tried some pull upsof the disp variety and some are better then others. However I wasnt to use washables and am haveing trouble finding ones that fit. She has out grown all the onesize nappies. I know Nappies by Minki do some but does anywhere else? What is your experience...

Lucys adventures in blw

We tried sweet potato chips for tea yesterday and :shock: wow, not one bit of mess. She ate every single one of them really quickly so I can chalk them up as another hit. I'll do her some more for lunch today as they were so quick to do, I just par boiled them for 5 minutes then shoved them in the roasting tray with a small amount of oil. I sneaked a couple in Jack's normal chips too and he ate them...
