Stash busting

Well, we've tweaked the stash again! and streamlined the nappies to just those that really suit us. The pockets are out the window and we are sticking firmly to AIOs and SIOs.

It still amazes me how different people react to the same nappy. A couple of the pockets I ordered were tried and tested nappies that many people rated very highly, yet I just didn't see the appeal. And then some people tried some of the nappies I can always rely on, only to find they leaked...

I had an electrocardiogram today (echocardiogram on Sat.) and saw the consultant and have been discharged- everything was fine and I don't need antibiotic cover- woohoo! And I finally know what kind of heart murmur I have. I will be phoning my mw this Thurs to get my name on that homebirth list! Yay!! It's all actually going as I hoped, and more. :wine:
Off to have a shower after my yoga...

Superfood to boost your mood diet diary

Recording this weeks diet to keep track and stay on top of eating superfoods

MONDAY 7th

2 slices wholemeal toast with banana and honey
decaf coffee and soya milk
HUGE salad with tomato, cucumber, rocket, falafel, olives, avocado
black decaf coffee

2 Flapjacks made with vegan butter, agave syrup muscavado sugar, banana oatts...
