6+3 today.

Found out on Sunday that my big sister is pregnant too. Quite excited for her. She is not sure of her dates but thinks she is due august/sept time. By my calculations I am due Sept 1st so very close. Unfortunately her husband is in the army and is of to Afghanistan for 6 months at the end of March. She is more than likely going to be birthing without him. Well hubby bought me a sewing machine and overlocker so I thought I would start making my own nappies for the little one. I had thought about doing it for a long time, but have recently just got into it and have made 4 in the last week when hubby was doing his private pilot's licence in France.

This is my first attempt, a fitted one size with Red Robots knit and bamboo fleece, I needed a bit more practice with the snap placement but overall was very happy!

I'm so bored of the constant getting better getting worse of OH's treatment, I swear they all have different copies of his notes. The worst part is it just all feels so much of the same, there is nothing to look forward to atm, no little thing to look forward to at the end of it all, except him coming home obviously but I mean a proper something to celebrate the end of it all. I have Sunday to relax but I think I overdid it yesterday.
Went to Ikea in Southampton having driven over in a new car from Poole. Whenever I'm in the car my ribs really ache, only my right side. I don't know what could cause this,as baby's bum is apparently the closest to that side of my ribs!
Ikea is sooo big, so walked loads, but no heavy lifting for me! Came away with a nice chest of drawers and random bits and bobs such as tupperware for freezing meals to have when baby is here.
