I had a so-so evening yesterday.
Good points:
Cooking my OH a chilli con carne (not my cup of tea, but may have converted myself, haha!) and him adoring it :)
Pampering bath
Hypnobirthing relaxtion and massage
Not so good points:
Really sudden shooting pains down there, maybe to do with the engagement of the baby's head? At my 34 week mw appt baby was 3/5 engaged. This was followed by some rather intense...

More nappy washing

by frankie_n_baby on Tue Jan 20, 2009 2:16 pm
Despite the warnings of snow and sleet in the West, I am washing my little lambs (most of them) and my tots bots at the mo. Did a 30-- without detergent, and am now doing a 40 with about 1/3-1/2 detergent (we never use much, anyway). There seem to be no suds, so maybe I need to add a bit more detergent. So for the first 6 and a half weeks we used huggies, during that time i researched reusable nappy schemes and found one in manchester, the council offered...

Terry squares

by june2007 on Mon Apr 05, 2010 9:07 am
Just spent some time round my mums and she dug out an old terry square of hers. Not sure how many children it was used for as she has had five but it was soo much better quality then mine. She said she used to get the best. So it seems you do get what you pay for. So if your looking at terrries my advice is don't go for the cheapest. And stay away from those awful boots plastic pants. They rip very badly.
