Waiting, anticipating

by frankie_n_baby on Thu Jan 15, 2009 11:12 am
I am wondering whether my order from babykind will arrive today. I hope so, as that package contains my big variety of nappies. I have more to order, and now I think of it, I'm certain I had a nappy dream last night! How geeky! Anyhoo, I must remember to get more liners for my terrys, and wraps for them, too. I might also buy some more terrys. Not sure why, but I...

I have decided that I enjoy my "me" time but recently I have come to appreciate true family time much more. I love the fact that Austin and this new baby will both enjoy a large extended family (from OH's side anyway). We started the routine :wine: I have swapped my tap shoes for a smaller size and everything feels a bit better. Liked the steps and have almost got it so far. My legs are killing me! I'm so unfit, I must try harder to lose the weight as heaving it about is just harder work! I'm sure it would be easier if I was lighter, I could also get a proper pair of dance trousers instead of my jeans which work their...

Living with a child with severe allergies

by ericaj1 on Fri Mar 20, 2009 4:59 pm
On April 12th 2006 we woke up excited, today Jack was 6 months old and starting weaning. I was planning on giving baby rice but I was a poor expresser due to a rubbish manual pump I now know so had no milk to mix it with. I decided to nip out and get him some rusks as these could be mixed with water into mush for him.

We had a busy day so didn't get down to feeding him till teatime ish perhaps a bit earlier. He wolfed it all down and really enjoyed it, within a few minutes though he looked very...
