The first day as a "single" mum

OK so I'm not single but today is my first night actually alone in the house with Austin :(
This will be the first time for the next month or so that I will be alone to take care of Austin and the house all on my own and while I enjoy the moments of piece and quiet I get I am now dreading the time I will get alone with my thoughts. I'm managing to hold it all together when I can just think about what I need to get...

Bed wetting pants.

Well my DS is out of nappies but still uses at night at now the nappies are getting too small. Thinking about bedwetting pants. Anyone have any suggestions, Thinking of going with TJ nappies ones. (I bought some mummy cloth from them and was very pleased.) Anyone know what there there like.

2nd lesson on Alfie!

Had a one hour group lesson last Sunday with Emma and my best friend and it was SUPERB!!! :D :D My horse Alfie who i only rode for first time last lesson went really really well and we got some superb canters in. I am a part time dance teacher, I used to do it full time but don't like to spend too much time away from Izzy. I didn't have enough capital to venture out into being a full time wahm either. So I decided to do my part time teaching for a steady income and then set up very slowly a wahm cart. I spend my time in the evenings whilst Izzy is asleep to work on my shop.

Greenabubs is basically a collection of my favourite green baby products that have been used by us. I can then give honest and reliable...

leaking and kicking

Well, I am sooo pleased that my little guy is kicking and moving much of the time now. He is fabulous and I can't wait to meet him! The boobs are also getting even more warmed up- lots of night time leaking, which is weird in some ways but cool and oddly normal in others. I can't believe I'll be 6 months pregnant by the 24th Feb.

The nursery is coming on- we have put up the cot, and need to get a mattress for it, but the chest of drawers/changing table is neatly in place...
