things to sort out for the baby

Ok....so I have a lot of stuff I need to sort out /get/do before this baby arrives so I thought I would start a list here. 1) move house. 2) decorate the babys room. 3) cut/blackout line and make the curtains for his bedroom. 4) buy more yarn, and get more yarn dyed up to match the wahm tshirts I've already bought or have coming. 5) Get newborn soakers knitted by someone. ...

Wool - dyed and knittedinto longies

The first lot of Merino wool I bought online, together with some sachets of Kool-Aid.
LOADS of photos - again, to remind myself how I did it (my children stole my memory via my placenta :| )

1. A quick wash in soapy water to remove lanolin, then transferred into a bowl containing water with about a cup-full of white vinegar.

Well there isn't much going on, still nauseous, still tired, still really hoping that the next few weeks goes really quickly. I have no appetite but I am constantly hungry and I really don't want to eat anything but I seem to constantly be eating. I just want to eat what I fancy and actually fancy eating something. I am starting to worry that something will go wrong in these early stages now though, it seems silly but I feel like I'm not sure if we don't manage to have this baby that I can go through...

In the beginning....

I'm a cloth convert and now im a cloth addict :giggle:
Aimee was born on August 11th, 2 weeks late, and to begin with we used disposables, i had been curious about cloth nappies but always thought they were to fiddley, probably more messy etc etc

So for the first 6 and a half weeks we used huggies, during that time i researched reusable nappy schemes and found one in manchester, the council offered...

Clothmama's cloth pads! Cloth Nappy Tree CSP promotion & review

I'm getting more and more passionate about cloth pads / cloth sanitary protection (CSP). The more I think about them the more it makes sense, the more I use them the more I love them :wine: (and the more I resent the times when I have to buy a pack of sweaty disposable ones!). I want to tell the world about cloth pads and get lots of other ladies loving them too!

I've had my collection now for over 3 years...
