Tomorrow will be OH's first day of chemo and I currently have no idea how I feel about it I don't even know what to write. I have to be strong but sometimes just want to curl up in a corner. Austin can't spend much time with him because he just gets bored and has to be taken out of the hospital, I'm worried he will barely get to see OH if he gets bored and OH is too ill. I'm still not convinced this isn't all some horrid nightmare.

Well its our first full day of cloth

. We are going to try all our different types of pockets and find our favourite. Shes had a Tirsokas pocket one on since 9:45 with a bamboo booster and a microfibre insert in, which is longer than we got in a sposie as she is a heavy wetter. We are also going out for lunch this afternoon too so we will see how we get on. I cant believe how excited I am about nappies,...

So I still have no water downstairs. Which is making feeding and clothing three kids, one in cloth nappies, somewhat challenging. Toxic chemical didn't work, next step is rodding the standpipe, but as it is full of acid, I need to wait for hubbie to come hold the babbas...

So, while i wait and can't clean or cook, i'm stuck with chilling and knitting. Sad but true :giggle:

Well, after having a good rest last night, I feel better about the whole birth thing. As my dh keeps reminding me, in many ways there is no "battle", because we won't be having a hospital birth (unless need to transfer urgently). I am beginning to understand the comments on the AIMS website about women becoming so fed up with it that they even consider having no mw. While I wouldn't have an unassisted birth, I do feel more anxious about who will be attending, and whether I get a nice mw....
