Errm?

by frankie_n_baby on Fri Jan 23, 2009 6:05 pm
I am waiting patiently for hubbie to come home with Thorntons (can't get them out of my mind now, Steph  !) and a bottle of :wine: (for him). Tomorrow I have my ECG and am a little bit nervous, or maybe just anxious. The homebirth kind of hinges on the outcome, and both hubbie and I strongly...

Exciting day

by frankie_n_baby on Thu Jan 29, 2009 11:01 am
This morning dh had a reply from the ecological consultancy who coincidentally started offering the same species diagnostics service as dh and I have just started up as a mini business trial. For those that are new here, this is all new to me, I suffered no pregnancy symptoms with my boy and i am not enjoying them. OH had his last round of chemo for leukemia in November last year and we were warned it would likely take years for his fertility to return if it ever did. We were given the ok to ttc in May and here we are after only one cycle of actually trying...

Stash busting

by fivefourfour on Thu Oct 28, 2010 7:16 pm
Well, we've tweaked the stash again! and streamlined the nappies to just those that really suit us. The pockets are out the window and we are sticking firmly to AIOs and SIOs.

It still amazes me how different people react to the same nappy. A couple of the pockets I ordered were tried and tested nappies that many people rated very highly, yet I just didn't see the appeal. And then some people tried some of the nappies I can always rely on, only to find they leaked...

I'm...
