Lucy is absolutely loving her food now. As soon as she gets put in her highchair she gets all excited. Her favourite finger food is banana at the moment. But avocado and banana mashed together with a bit of ebm is her favourite mushy food. She just can't get enough of it. I can't believe how much easier blw is compared to the standard puree route. I used to spend ages cooking batches of different foods to puree and freeze for Jack whereas Lucy just gets whatever is ripe in the fruit bowl. I do poach...

Well, my mw is fobbing me off with a late booking of my hb and a "wait and see" attitude. Grrr. I know it's common practice to wait until that magic 37 weeks, so they can put pressure on for a hospital birth and no woman at that stage is going to be strong enough to fight her corner any more. I have decided that I enjoy my "me" time but recently I have come to appreciate true family time much more. I love the fact that Austin and this new baby will both enjoy a large extended family (from OH's side anyway). 35+5, 30 days till D-Day, 89% baked!

Phoned the doctors again this morning just to see if I could get a mw appointment this week ( already got it booked for next week, but I'd rather have a 36w appt when I am actually 36w!), but nope, they are still fully booked :s
I feel baby moving quite a bit, especially hiccups still and little kicks and punches, but these movements are reduced. Think baby is running out of room!

Yoga for pregnancy was fab, just what I needed. As I have just moved to this town...
