Prefolds as an insert/booster for a pocket

How good are they? Are they just avaliable in cotton or can you get other materials? Thanks.

I use them in pockets and always did with DD...we dont really use pockets with Ds...you can get bamboo and hemp prefolds aswell as cotton

I use them a lot in night nappies (minkis). I try and avoid using them in day time pockets like WNs and UDs as they're very big. My normal night time stuffing is a prefold and an EP hemp insert, or 2 Ikea Nackten handtowels and an EP hemp . Strange combo's I know, but they work for us.

WSS, we use them in our Minki night nappies with an EP hemp insert, they work very well

They can be bulky, but do work very well

we use them all the time for my heavy wetter. not the slimest but they do the job. I'm trying to get bamboo prefolds as they hold more then cotton
