Disana tie ons for a newborn?

Hi, have any of you successfully used Disana tie-on nappies for a newborn? I keep buying pricey AIOs and pockets but am wondering if I should just stop now as I already have a bunch on unused Disanas...

Any opinions/experiences gratefully received! Thanks

Hiya :)
I ve not used them myself, but I used muslin squares for the first 10days or so. Reviews seem to say they are a bit fiddly and need boosting when they get bigger so they sound good for the newborn stage when they stay still and don t need as much absorbency as they pop every five seconds:D

I have no idea about their size and whether they can be adjusted to fit a tiny one, but if you already have them I d give them a go.

We have lots of customers that have used them on newborns and older babies and have been very happy with them. They can be a bit fiddly to get used to at first but you can get a great fit with them and then boost them up as you need.

As you have them, I would give them ago - if you need any instructions, give me a shout and I can email some to you.

I really like them. I used them on my son, but not from newborn, but I will this time around. Once you understand how they go on, they are quite easy to do, and I boosted them with loads of different things. I probably wouldn't want them as my only nappy, and my DH couldn't figure them out at all, but I thought they were cute and always used them a few times a week. I think they will be great with a newborn as they dry so fast.

I gave my friend a couple I'd bought and not used (I didn't get them til DD was about 1) - she was dubious, but told me last week it's been her most used nappy on her new baby - they're very adjustable, easy to boost, and dry really quickly, so pretty much the ideal newborn nappy!
