New year, new craft challenge?

Derr forgot to say I'm wanting to make a bunk bed cubbie

I've not forgotten about this! I've just been running around like a headless chook for the past week inspecting daycare centres. So, I've decided to make swimming bags for the children. Just simple drawstring things, nothing fancy (something along these lines: http://www.handmadekids.com.au/make-dra ... -backpack/). I've got the fabric all sorted (PUL and minkee, from the stash), so I'm going to try and make a start this weekend. How's anyone else getting on?

I'm so nearly finished my dad's jumper! It's been a lot of work and I've struggled to motivate myself but I'm nearly there
I've bought some new knitting patterns and I'm planning which ones to knit over the next couple of months, including something just for ME!

I've kind of been pushing my boundaries for a while with my machine. I'm going to make Lola a romper tomorrow, just about to cut the fabric tonight.

then my most important thing is I'm going to make a side/hip carrier starting Thursday. My material is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so hopefully I can get it washed and ironed by thursday morning ready to cut out and sew Friday when the toots are in nursery.

Nope, not too late to join in. Will look forwards to seeing the carrier.

I'm stuck I can't find the fabric I want. I saw it at spotlight and now they're out of stock :Grrr:
