When did the new easyfit get released?

Mines faulty and I cant find POP but they've said to make the 12 month warranty I need it, surely they haven't been out for 12 months?

They've only been around about 6 months or so! I saw someone else having issues with the v3 & wicking through the seams recently

Hmm I emailed back and said there's no way they been out 12 months and no reply yet..
