They do for us, I'm still changing Lola at a feed, so the nappy is only lasting 6 hours or so, but it works for her. I think the most i've left it is 7 hours. If you use the pocket style AIO's like easyfits then you can add more boosters in. When Lola drops her night feed I honestly think an AIO will last the night.

But this is the thing about using cloth you have no idea until you try! just maybe have some disposables on hand in case of failure :giggle:
