Rumpsters?

Postby beck » Tue Sep 25, 2007 1:00 am

Does anyone have a Rumpster? What are they like as an AIO?

I like the idea of the extra flaps for extra stuffing. Thinking of them more for the baby then for Pheb though.

Had one, didn't rate it. Clever design, where the hemp folds out on each side to speed drying, and on the top of one of the pieces is a thin strip of fleece. Looked great, but I think as it was hemp and Bea does bigger wees now, it never managed to absorb quickly enough and we had major leaks, even after 15 washes. I sold it on. I'm thinking in another fabric it might work better maybe.

BTW, Bea's replacement Snap-Ez fared better on Sunday - lasted 4 hours including a lunchtime nap (boosted) - this one has a regular plain PUL outer (the other was a polycotton pink tye dye fabric, look adorable but hopeless for Bea).

not a great fit on my chunkster either. I bought it preloved and i have never used as can't get a good fit and it seems to gap all of the place.
