Crunchy Itti AIO :/

I bought a couple of AIOs from ebay when they were on offer there and one of them has gone really crunchy. I can't remember the name of the seller - but it was the official itti one.

Can anybody give me contact details as I can't find mine

I really do think there was something wrong with all the AIO nappies they sold via ebay. Seems it has happened to a lot. My first one did, replacement did and now the two they sent to replace them are on their way.

They are very good at replacing though and their customer service is great!

I had a crunchy one from Cheeks and Cherries and waiting for my replacement atm.

I have a crunchy one as well, but it's all stuck together and misshapen to! I'm sending it back to greenbaby for a replacement, they were very helpful when I emailed them I have 8 Itti's and this is the only one it's happened too *fingers crossed*

I forgot all about this. I didn't get a reply when I emailed - wonder if it went missing in the ether somewhere I'll try again, the nappy's completely unuseable now

I reckon it's only about 1-2% of the Ittis I've sold have been affected (and almost entirely SIOs rather than AIOs), so there are a few around, but it isn't that common. I bought some myself off the ebay deal and mine have all been fine.
