Flip cover for heavy wetter?

Hi, is the flip cover any good for heavy wetting babies? My 18 mth old leaks out of AIOs or pockets within an hour and it has been suggested I try 2 parts, which work but he doesn't like the fact it's so huge on his bum, so thought these might be a good alternative?

My DD was a very heavy wetter and flips were our most reliable nappy
We used the organic inserts and boosted them by folding a little lamb bamboo booster inside.
