For fleece wraps I'm going to point you to weenotions http://www.weenotions.co.uk - I've not tried them but they have good press...

We used the naturebabies fleece wraps when we were using fleece but ultimately found wool prettier, more reliable, easier to care for, less smelly and overall better...

ok here goes!

fleece wraps:
nappies by minki do great fleece wraps, very soft and work fantastically in my experience
Swaddlebees fleece wraps and nice and soft and thick and squishy!
Stacinator fleece wraps are nice but cot a little too narrow in the crotch for night nappies I thought

Wool wraps:
Couche covers are fabby (shameless plug, I have 1 I am selling that we don't use anymore)
I have a couple from the US by covered caboose and I LOVE them
Swaddlebees stretchy wool wraps are supposed to be good aswell (never tried them myself though)
Popolini do a good, basic poppered wool wrap (buy bigger though as they do shrink a little)

or then you have the option of wool soakers (pull up wool wrap basically):
Hollow oak do very nice ones
and you can also get these knitted (as opposed to the fabric wool interlock type stuff that the ones I have mention are made from) and you can also get knitted shorts and trousers that can be used.

I use both wooI and fleece although my preference is wool. The fleece ones that I use are pull up soakers made by Babybufters and the wool I use is hand knitted soakers, shorties and longies.

If you want a wool wrap I love couche covers from puddlepants.

I also have some Pixie Knits shorties which are excellent.
