I was just about to suggest a nappy elite wrap. I received one from my nappy fairy and it's by far the best wrap i've ever owned and it has NEVER leaked. I had "gone off" aplix fastening on wraps but the fit on Cat's wraps is so much better than poppers so I use it all the time.
