We never got on with fleece, found it wicked too badly and my DH drew the line at wool.
The best wraps we've tried and the only ones we now use are Thirsties Duo WRaps, very adjustable and gentle on giant thighs (which my boy had before he was mobile)

I never liked Motherease wraps, I found Nature Babies were much more accommodating as they have a wider elastic and a gusset. I also liked Little Lambs wraps.
We also swapped to using wool as well and that was the best.

hi, we had exactly the same problem as you with the mother ease wraps. i don't know what it was but maybe the fact that DD was moving her legs frequently and there was just too much rubbing. i never use these wraps now - i've converted to wool and it's amazing! DD is going to nursery now and i don't want to send her in the lovely wool (it gets trashed) so i send her in flongies (fleece longies) which does the job as well. good luck! xxx

I never used motherease wraps on Reuben, despite having them in the house but we also use cotton tots bots here and I cover them with nature babies which we find fab or (mostly) wool. We are about to try fleece too.x

Thanks everyone. Think I'm going to try a wool wrap & see how it goes.
