After my last attempt to do an online shop Iuch prefer to just go to the shop with the two kids than sit at the puter with two kids. I know it would be easier to do in an evening .....it was a huge mistake.
I have my pattern around the shop and I write down my food list in the order it appears in the shop ( kind of).

I've never done it. I've recently changed from using asda to lidal and home bargins and its saved me about £30 a week.

Extremely rarely. We shop primarily in Lidl as they're so much cheaper than anyone else. We'd only shop online for things like beer for a party or Xmas as tesco do great deals.

I shop online if we need more than £100 shop as then it's free delivery, but I like to go instore too for deli counter etc. I go with both children and they are good as gold (I was very worried before having DS, but it's fine). I even fed him in the sling while shopping today :-)

Sometimes I go in the evening after the kids are asleep, it's quite nice that time of night.
