I would have gone with the Beko if I'd found one on special I hope you like it and poor machine it really is broken!

Which model washing machine did you end up getting?? I am in the process of looking for a new one and I'm torn between a Beko and a Miele. Have heard good things of both! Pretty much similar thing has happened to mine, so need to decide on one pretty quickly!

Don't know the Beko. We have a Siemens and its pretty good if I had to get a new one I would get a Miele

Mine is a 8 kg and would not go any lower - its so nice to be able to wash the dobble duvet we have
