Looking for inspiration on toy storage for dd in the lounge and her bedroom! TBH she doesn't have loads of toys but she has got millions of books. She has a toy box in her bedroom from ikea this one http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/10154563 may move that one to the lounge!
We wouldn't want anything too big or kiddie-ish anyway would love to see what you have/use!

I just have 3 rattan baskets at the moment filled with different toys tucked under our occasional tables and by the tv. We need another for her food and tea set collection :D

We have this which I'v been thinking of using, putting boxes ect in like you guys have said! But not sure if it would take over either the lounge or her bedroom as its so large! May get DP to try it in the lounge this evening to try it out!

We have one of these in the lounge (and the kids have one in their rooms too) and books go on the stand under the TV

Lots of photos - but we have just finished decorating the kids rooms so I like to show it off :giggle: Both the kids have Ikea Trofast in their rooms and lots of shelves so that most things are up there - we tried keeping all the toys downstairs but it just meant that everything ended up on the floor and nothing was actually played with iygwim. So now they bring down what they want to play with.

Although we do have this in the lounge which acts as a coffee table but is full of Happyland and some other bits

ETA - the carpet isn't our choice, the lounge is on a long list of rooms to decorate  :giggle:
