I wish I had found this forum sooner. Placed an order on 2 May 2015, received 2 emails about items being out of stock and I have been unsuccessful in receiving a response (to my emails and phone calls) on my request for a refund. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company as I fear this company has cash flow problems. Definitely AVOID this retailer!!!
My items finally arrived yesterday just when I've given up hope! I've still not had any response from retailer so not sure what the delay is about. Hope you get your refund!
