Has anyone had problem with Twinkleontheweb recently? I ordered some stuff from them on 02/04/15 but still not had the items despite numerous emails and phone messages left. No replies so far. Thought they have a good reputation. Very frustrating.

Oh dear, there is clearly a problem with them at the moment as there was a thread about exactly this just last month!

Yes after nearly a month and lots of calls and emails and minimal slow response I finally received a refund as my item wasn't in stock.

Strange thing is I've not had any reply at all. One of the items I ordered is a disana microfibre pant. Thought I'd try it. I also put a message via FB. Hopefully get a reply.

I eventually got mine but I had to chase up and complain. By the time my order actually arrived I didn't even need them anymore!! But I couldn't be bothered going thru a refund as it's just a carry on! Hopefully you hear soon!

I had a similar experience. I ordered. Then heard nothing for weeks kept chasing to little avail eventually had to do a complaint through PayPal then she called instantly and said it was out of stock and that she had tried to contact me?!?! By the time the alternative item arrived I didn't need it so sent it back. Had to chase for a refund which I did get back eventually x
