Ok apologies in advance about the question I'm about to ask  but I've never done cloth before and have no clue what I'm doing. I'm trying to build up my newborn stash and currently have bimbles, diddy diapers, 1 blueberry nappy, and 1 tots bots nappy. Do I need liners and boosters for them? I know the bimbles have boosters built into them, but with the others do I need boosters? And also what do you recommend brand wise for boosters and liners? I know this is a really dumb question but I'm a complete beginner   Thanks for any help you can give me.

Speaking form experience I would grab some small bamboo boosters as especially in the early days they can suddenly become very heavy wetters during growth spurts... Altho' the very very early days they don't wee much...

All the nappies will be absorbent enough as they stand to start with and some will need boosting as you go along.

Boosters - personally I actually really like the tots bots bamboo boosters as they're the perfect size to boost small nappies and pockets...
Bamboo flannels are also good for this job.

When they're bigger then easy-peasy-hemp are the best option...

Liners - any fleece liner is as good as any other though I know some people prefer minkee liners...

You might want to use liners in the non-fleece lined nappies but you don't NEED to... Breastfed poo is water soluble so you can just pop your nappies in the machine no need to sluice or anything...

Erm did I answer all your questions? :)
