Bamboo boosters

Postby Cristi » Thu Jan 21, 2010 12:04 am

I have found some of this on eBay pretty cheap. They are little lamb ones.
They have told me that there are made of 100% bamboo fibre, knited onto polyester base.

Can some of you experts tell me if it is alright to have the man made fabric. Anyone has tried them? Would they be good in terms of absorvency?
Thank you

I think they are fine. However I prefer weenotions as they are better quality and have tree layers instead of 2 and they are just as cheap at £1.50 per booster.

Thank you for your replies.
I am going to try the WN and maybe slip in a nappy or two with the order :hohoho:
Just reading on the website....."designed to add a little extra absorbancy (boosting) to an already absorbant nappy"
Which insert would you recomend? for a pocket nappy, to last all night kind of thing

The most popular seem to be a combination of P'tits Dessous bamboo inserts and Easy Peasy hemp boosters. Or if your LO isn't a heavy wetter, you might get away with Blueberry hemp/microfibre combo insert - they're easier to find secondhand than PD inserts!
