Best newborn boosters

Postby Louise » Thu Jul 07, 2011 9:37 am

Atm I am changing Mia every 2 hours and the nappies are soaking wet. I have never had to boost teeny nappies before so have no idea what to buy. Any suggestions?

Are all of your new nappies are well prepped and up to full absorbency?
Sorry, just a thought, no help on the boosters I'm afraid.

No bad mummy didn't prewash anything.  Hopefully it will improve a bit once they have all been washed a few times.

they'll probably be better once they've been prewashed, but I found Little Lamb bamboo boosters great to boost nappies of all sizes - we still use them in our pockets now, but also used them in the early days. You can get a pack of 5 or 10 from ebay if I remember rightly - they do size 1 and size 2 I think.

How about just a MF cloth tri-folded? (Trying to think of something that won't be too bulky, given Mia's size.) Otherwise, Peachy Cheeks' boosters are quite small. Not sure if they're still operating or not? :-?

Another vote for ll bamboo but folded and put into wet zone for extra absorbancy. Also I've used a folded d and f insert (the single layer one)
