Well ladies, we have success :widesmile:

As I was rolling it it felt more elastic and was much easier to roll. I greased the tins with olive oil & a sprinkle of flour and they didn't stick either. I am one very chuffed lady so many thanks for your help. Am just loading a piccie so will add very soon :oops:

The trees came in a baking set someone gave to the boys last year.....came in very handy
