Trying to redo a tiny bathroom

Any news on the bathroom going in? What happened with your dh's uncle @0_Lisa_0 ?

He's priced up everything, he's popping in this week to check the bits he's picked are ok and confirm a date to start.

Before pic. It's actually grey/ white it's just the light that makes it yellow cos I took it late last night.

And the 3(!) Layers of tiles they are having to take off



Also been told that the room may not be long enough for the bath so they might have to take a wall down and replace it with a stud wall to get the bath in

Arrgghhh the pulling down is always the worst with all the mess! At least when we start on ours we won't have all the pulling out just the putting in! I really hope that they dont' need to take down the wall. Look forward to seeing what they get done today!

They've also chopped a section in to the brickwork which should make it possible to get the bath in

Day 3 update (yesterday)
Things are starting to go back in, there's a ceiling again and some plaster on the walls. The bathroom suit is being delivered today and at the least I will have a bath in by tonight but no more upstairs toilet for now

Day 4 update: The bathroom is here!





The bath is in as is the plumbing for the shower and more of the plaster boards ready for tiling

Love the bath exciting to see how it is coming along

Week 2

We have tiles going on, all the walls are now done (you can just see the slight ripple in the time on the lighter pic) pipes are being moved today and hopefully the floor tiles being put down.
