The thing is I normally change every 2.5 to 3 hours anyway, but it's going to be more like 1.5 hours I think in the mornings, then he wees less in the afternoon - the nappy was on for 4 hours as we were checking and it was dry for 3 but he has no control yet over puddles!

awww hope it settles with new treatment

if he is anything like sam timings don't mean much i have to change him when he has pee'd as even a boosted fitted or well stuffed pocket can only really take 1 wee, so sometimes i have to change after 1 hour, sometimes 4 (he seems to be able to hold on for ages now), i tend to check about every hour or so

That's very interesting... I've always said Isabelle has a low immune system as she seems to catch everything going and was quite poorly at only a few weeks old...
Would you just supplement to help him if that's the case?

Hope the creams and stuff helps him xxxx

is it possible using the disposable wipes is irritating the sores too - my ds3 had a permanently sore bottom til i changed wipes. also a friends dd reacted badly to a brand of wipes . just a thought

hope it clears up soon
