A friend of mine is signed up to a company that sends out samples of products for people to try and give their opinions on (these products are ready for market so it's not like she's a guinea pig or anything!)

Anyhow, they sent her about 3 tubes of nappy cream, and she asked if I'd give one a go for her, which I said yes to.

Anyhow, this cream is the best thing since sliced bread! Only touble is, it's in an unmarked tube so I havent a clue what it's called and its nearly all gone!

All I know is that it's a sort of buttercream colour, and it smells of lanolin, but only faintly. It is really moisturising, has cleared up Archie's horrid rash a treat, and I love it!

Any ideas anyone???

Does that smell of lanolin? I've never had any before but will deffo buy some if it is that because its so great!

I'd offer to sniff mine, but i dont know what plain lanolin smells like as mine is smelly stuff

Aww thanks anyway hun, I wouldnt have know what it snelt like before using woolies, and I aquired some unscented lanolin!

i have just sniffed my metanium! not sure it smells of lanolin does it go on thick and creamy or does it spread thinly and looks dry on?

I'll have you all sniffing cream now! A new addiction!!

I know its def not metanium as i have some of that, but thanks anyhow.

hiya becky, after seeing this i cracked open the bepanthen i got as a freebie and stuck me nose in the lanolin pot and yes they do in fact smell similar, only the bepanthen is more white i'd say hmmmmm the mind boggles, but to everyone going whiffing bum creams!

Could it be Kamillosan? (sp)
