Glad it worked and he is looking better  at him not weeing!! I have pretty much stopped using fleece liners in Gracies nappies, use minkee instead now and it does help, I have also cut back on the amount of fruit she eats and he bum is much better, she wasn't getting blisters she had like scorching marks and was in pain :( Vasaline works well as a barrier, a GP I saw suggested double creaming ie vasaline then bum cream.
I thought I was being grotty by not wiping when Gracie wee's, glad I am not the only one who does it, when we are at home I give her atleast 10 mins nappy free time at each change. x

Glad the nappy free night helped. Hope the doc can give you some cream to help clear up the rash.

we don't wipe Blake between wee's and it has helped prevent nappy rash here too!

Poor little mite ended up with antibiotics  althought the doc said it's not through anything I'm doing so feel a bit less bad now. It looks like some normal nappy rash that has somehow got infected. On them for a week, he's had 2 doses so far and it's already looking better - plus he seems to love the taste of the medicine  !

Was also extremely  thar he hadn't weed all night, but I seem to remember that someonecsaid they don't wee when asleep after a certain age, or am I going mad. Actually come to think of it, the nights he's slept more (not totally through - I wish!!) he's been dryer than when awake all night.

Glad the antibiotics are helping. Hope it clears up soon. I've never heard of babies/children not weeing when they're asleep. Ryan definitely does - his nappies are sopping wet in the morning. I have found that once they are sleeping better and :bf: less at night the night nappies aren't as wet.

It's not the usual antibiotics I recognise from giving to Cameron, it's called Erythmecin or something like that?? It's orange flavour I think.
