Cloth and creams

Postby Perrine » Sun Mar 14, 2010 1:00 pm

Hi,
I have read somewhere that nappy rash creams can ruin a nappy so every time my LO has a rash, I make sure that I use those disposable liners to protect the nappy. The thing is I have a feeling that the liner actually makes the rash worse so am a bit at a loss what to do ... :-?

I have fleece liners but they would also get stained by the cream ? I use Sudocream or Bepanthen.
Any suggestions?
Any nappy friendly creams?

We use a natural baby balm that we got from bibsnbots, doesn't harm the nappies and works wonderfully :)

I don't use Sudocrem but have used Bepanthen with no problems. We're using Northern Essence Diaper Balm atm and it's lovely.

Thanks for the advice!
I think i'll stick with bepanthen until we finish the tube but risk it without the paper liners...
And will put an order in for some Northen Essence Diaper Balm after reading lots of very positive comments about it :)
