It's one of the only things that works on Dawn's rashes though, and we've tried others including natural ones. Believe me, I'd rather use something else, I hate Sudacrem. It stinks and if it gets on clothing/chairs etc it leaves an awful greasy mark. But we've tried an army of creams and none of them really get rid of her rashes like it does :(
In fact, I'm using a natural one at the moment, a new one we're trying, and her little 'front' is all red and she keeps itching. So we'll be bathed and sudacremed to night sadly.

i can't stand sudacrem but it is the only thing that works here too - and i am nnot aobut to spend money testing other creams when i know that sudacrem works.

i use 2 fleece liners when i need to use it, put the cream on then cover it with the fleece then still have the normal fleece liner in the nappy, i use the coloured fleece next to the sudacrem cos i don't like them. hehe.

Waitrose do a good baby, natural range, it's cheap too... http://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Ba ... by%20cream

Also if you can treat from the inside, rather than smothering the outside in nasties that might help. Ocean used to get terrible nappy rash from teething, but Ashton's and Parson's worked really really well, BUT we had to give it several times a day and continue it after we thought the teething was over. If you can't see anything in the mouth it's easy to think that it's nothing to do with teething when in reality there's a lot going on out of sight.

Olive oil? I'm addicted to this stuff since it saved me from agonising shaving rash, it doesnt sting, also we use it where i work on newborns dry skin, I use it on my lo all the time and in the bath so she comes out all soft!
