silver nappy liners

Postby Velvetsteph » Sat Dec 09, 2006 3:48 pm

Has anyone tried the polyester&silver liners from twinkle?

LO has sore bits again 'cos I'm on antibiotics and her poo is just nasty... Bright/Dark Green and stinks poor thing...

DH out getting camomile tea to soak a fleece liner in - presume to put it in the nappy damp not drenched? :)

Steph

Hi Steph, damp is good I think!! Curious to know how you got on with the silver liner, did you get one and how has it worked??

I did order one but my order arrived without it - 1-2 weeks on delivery time apparently  a bit annoyed as her skin is really sore at the moment - dry and rashy and nothing seems to be making any difference - kamilosan seems to help a bit as do damp camomile liners but otherwise still going... pantsness...

Will let you know when it arrives tho'

Heh - totally forgot about this!

In all honesty I'm not sure it really did anything - it may have helped some but nothing dramatic... The cammomile tea soaked liners worked really well though and these days we just use the unrefined shea butter and that does the trick (along with the other stuff I mentioned on the nappy rash thread)

So overall - neutral really!
