we use coconut oil as a matter of course (that's the main ingredient in waitrose bottom butter btw) and a paw paw ointment for any sore bits- we don't use the lucas' one as it has a petroleum base (less good for clogging nappies and pores imho)

I am now a total convert to CJ's Bottom BUTTer. It smells good enough to eat, doesn't clog nappies and clears up sore bits whether they are from nappies, eczema, chapped skin etc.

TBH I don't use nappy cream just Chamomile tea for the wipes if a little sore but I so you waitrose bum butter for everything and anything. Great as a moisturiser, for chapped skin, even on Noo eczema if i'm out and about. Wouldnt be without it.
