Are you sure it's eczema? What nappies do you use? Do you use any creams?

Dermol (cream in a green bottle with a pump) really helped my DDs eczema, we got it from the GP. Or, if it's bad, then Hydrocortisone, but only a tiny bit on the red areas, not all over.

We use various fitted with minky liners been in cloth from 6 weeks tried nappy rash creams not worked. We where dairy free till a few weeks ago as she developed a rash on the top half of her body which we thought was dairy. Thought we were doing ok on reintroducing and it's only on her bum

Could it be the minkee liners? The only time DS1 ever had excema on his bum when when he was in sposies and it cleared within 24hrs of switching to cloth.

Have you always used minkee liners? Perhaps fleece? The paper one's gave DS2 awful bleeding rashes :(

We had bum rashes until we ditched the synthetic fabrics completely. Once we were all bamboo (with a little cotton occasionally), we had no problems.
Best cream we found was Earthbound Organics chickweed and calendula.
